Request #4
"I am now trying to learn to cook for more than myself. Seeing as the other person is a boy, and much like yourself, likes to eat. On a regular day what do you eat, portion size and everything? and then could you suggest portion sizes for yourself if you weren't playing basket ball, but just working out every morn. for like a half hour and then basketball about once a week? That would be helpful."
Well, I eat a fair amount. Those of you that know me know that is the understatement of the year. Well, maybe second to "I bet its no fun to be hurt again huh?" Well, when I'm actually playin ball, I eat more than if I'm not. I used to have a set diet of things that I eat, but now I just eat whenever I'm hungry and as much as feel like. But this is because I'm not playin right now.
Here is my bball diet
Pre-Breakfast = Banana, snack
Breakfast = 6 eggs, two pieces of toast, two bowls of cereal, cup of water
Post breakfast = snack (granola bars, chocolate milk, whatever i feel like)
Lunch = A couple sandwiches, some fruit, 2 cups of milk
Post-work out snack = Protein shake, protein bar, whatever i feel like)
Dinner = Mass amounts of pasta, much meat, vegetables, cups of milk, + other food until i'm not hungry anymore)
Post-dinner-pre-sleep snack = peanut butter sandwiches until I don't want anymore, bowls of cereal till i don't want anymore
Thats my basketball diet. Like I said, if i'm not working out as much as I do when I play bball, then I just eat whenever I want and as much as I feel like.
